We deliver to the countries listed on our website. If your country is not on the list, please contact us for a shipping cost check.

  • Order Processing Time: 2-3 business days (may be sooner) from the time the order is confirmed.
  • Shipping Time: The delivery time is clearly displayed when customers place an order, depending on the receiving country and the chosen shipping method.
  • Note: Delivery times may vary due to objective factors such as weather, epidemics, traffic conditions, customs procedures, or other force majeure events. We will notify you if there are any delays.

If shipping costs arise, Hedra Farm will contact the customer directly via WhatsApp to provide detailed information.

The selection of a specific shipping unit will depend on the destination and characteristics of each order. After the order is processed and ready for shipment, we will create a WhatsApp chat group between you and a representative of the shipping unit. This chat group will be the direct communication channel for you to track your order status, exchange information, and receive support from the shipping unit throughout the delivery process.

VI. Order Tracking

Instead of just receiving a tracking number, you will be added to a WhatsApp chat group with the shipping unit immediately after the order is handed over to them. Here, you can:

  • Track Directly: Receive real-time shipping updates directly from the shipping unit.
  • Communicate Easily: Communicate directly with the delivery person about delivery times, addresses, or any arising issues.
  • Receive Quick Support: Receive timely support if there are any questions or problems related to the order.

VII. Checking Goods Upon Receipt

All Hedra Farm goods are thoroughly checked before leaving the factory and are carefully packaged to ensure the best quality when they reach customers. Each order also comes with spare accessories to assist in necessary cases. Therefore, we do not apply a return policy.

Upon receipt, please carefully check the outer packaging to ensure there are no signs of dents or damage during transportation.
